Our experience with Angela was great and we could not have asked for a better agent! I was moving to this area from Atlanta and my husband and I needed to find a house quickly for our family. She was very knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted in a home. She responded to questions quickly and always sent us listings that matched what we were looking for and we were able to find a home in under a month. A year later we got the opportunity to build a house, so we were ready to sell our house and of course wanted Angela to list it for us. The house sold in under a month and the process was yet again so easy with her. We have recommended friends and family members who have had the same experiences with her! Angela was referred to me by a coworker who had used her for multiple home purchases & sells. After my experience I can see why my coworker has used Angela over & over. She was so welcoming from the first time we met her! She was open, honest, and upfront about everything every step of the way. She wasn’t overbearing and pushy. Once we found the perfect home for our family Angela was on top of taking care of EVERYTHING for us. We were first time home buyers with no idea of what we were doing and she made the entire process simple & pain free without ever making us feel incompetent for not knowing what we needed to do.   Angela is awesome. She has been my go-to realtor for over 10 years. She knows the area and always makes sure she gives me all information to make informed decisions. She has helped me tremendously through the process from getting pre qualified to home appraisal and through the closing process. She was available by phone and text. She was very patient with me and always responded to my questions within a couple of hours. She even answered my questions while on vacation. When I put the house next door to me on the market in 2015, it was because my Mother had passed and my brother had moved to a small condo. I was now the owner and needed to either sale it or rent it. Angela Fowler had just sold a house on the next street over that had sold “Fast” and a bidding war caused it to sell for more than the asking price. I called her and we met to discuss my situation. Immediately, I knew she was the kind of agent that I felt comfortable dealing with, no high-pressure sales. When I decided to list it, in October 2015, we were on the same page about my sale vs. rent dilemma. Several months after listing, I realized that it would be best for me to rent the property, I called Angela and no problem, she took it off the market. Angela’s flexibility was the key for me. After three years of renting, and realized being a landlord is not for me, I’ve decided to sale the property and have asked Angela to re-list, seamlessly, it’s done. I do not feel that any other agent would have worked with me as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Angela Fowler to anyone selling or buying a house.

Angela Fowler was referred by a coworker that was extremely please when they purchased their home. I can see why! From our very first meeting, she explained the process of buying a home and possible options regarding financing. She immediately kept me up on local listing on a daily basis and made herself available for any questions or concerns I may have had. We look at several listings before I decided to purchase my home.
